Physical Description: A combat athlete in peak physical condition. Notable for his promient facial scar and ash-blonde, near white hair and pale blue eyes. His current custom Fury morph is identifiable by it's visible neck tattoo of a tribal marking.
Biography: Viktor disappeared into post-Soviet Russia after murdering Gunnar’s high-school girlfriend in an argument. Fleeing the law he applied for military service in neighboring Russia in order to gain citizenship and leave behind his fugitive past. Learning of his Family’s pride in his brother Gunnar remaining in the Fatherland, Viktor, always maniacally driven to compete with his older brother, trained and excelled in the Ground Forces of the Russian Federation and quickly applied for “SPETSNAZ” (spetsialnovo naznacheniya) membership. Pushing himself beyond his physical and psychological limits to gain admission to the Vympel KGB unit Spetsgruppa V responsible for covert operations involving sabotage, assassination, etc. in other countries and also specializing in counter-terrorist and counter-sabotage operations. Viktor, like all Vympel operatives was trained in tactical operations, parachuting, driving various vehicles, and also trained in methods of intelligence gathering, and other specialized skills.
Two years before the fall Viktor competed for the Maroon Beret. MVD spetsnaz servicemen from the VV and police (including special units of the FSIN and FSKN) can compete for the distinction to wear the maroon beret (RU), which is awarded to “most professional, physically and morally fit” sergeants and officers. The competitions are arranged twice a year and are handled by ex-Vityaz instructors. The competitors must first pass various physical fitness test and shooting exercises to be qualified for main course. The main competition includes 12 km cross-country running in full combat uniform, a 100 m sprint, urban assault exercises with wall climbing, acrobatic exercises, and a 12 minute free-style sparring match against three separate opponents. Due to harsh conditions, less than 10% of the applicants pass the tests and are granted the right to wear the maroon beret.
Viktor has never gotten over the loss of his Maroon Beret during his death at the hands of a Dis-assembler Nano-Swarm in Moscow. In his previous life he wore it proudly as a challenge to his brother.
Character Description: An operative of the Medusan Shield subsidiary of Gorgon Defense Systems, Viktor has been re-instated in a rare male-gendered Fury morph to serve as an assassin agent. He carries the finest of Soviet military training in his EGO and an insane hatred of this brother Gunnar for not rescuing him from infomorph storage. (That in itself being an insane expectation!)
Update !: In a titanic confrontation aboard the science vessel "Forward Unto Dawn" the brother met in epic combat. Combat knives flashed and blazed with the fury of their struggle and the brothers killed each other a complete refusal to give ground. The Argonauts of the Forward Unto Dawn recognized deeply rooted psychological damage present in Viktor and out of respect for Gunnar, preserved his Ego and subjected it to a most advanced series of behavioral conditioning and psychosurgeries, eventually correcting the core-rooted compulsion to compete with, overcome and destroy his brother. The healed and sane Viktor now has been optioned by FireWall as a Erasure Squad operative and occasional Sentinel on operations where extreme danger is expected.
